What are the needed skills necessary to bring the nation back to the status of a world leader? What gentle transitions in mindset can take us from where we are to where we want to be? It would appear the mindset of the country is of lack and simply not having enough while an opposing mindset has 1 percent of the population earning 96 percent of the income. It would appear that the mindset of that 1 percent of individuals has been coveted and kept from the masses.

Habits shape our lives and are a major contributing factor concerning the results we experience. Attitude, actions, feelings, and thoughts play an important role when it comes to what we attract into our lives. Employing visualization as a daily exercise can increase your awareness of the thoughts that cross your mind. Each morning when you wake, incorporate what is called “an hour of power.”

Using positive statements like daily affirmations can put all of your focus and attention on doing things that make you feel good. Is the incurable, curable? Do you possess the mental control and will power to bring about good health, wellness and healing?

I had to find a way to forgive. Every instance in my life in which things did not go my way provided me with fuel to be angry and unhappy. I blamed everyone for my shortcomings. I can remember being sad, my head hurting all the time, my stomach aching constantly. I was harboring a lot of negative thoughts and feelings, and my ailments were my body’s response to my thoughts. I was miserable.
