Using positive statements like daily affirmations can put all of your focus and attention on doing things that make you feel good. Is the incurable, curable? Do you possess the mental control and will power to bring about good health, wellness and healing?
I had to find a way to forgive. Every instance in my life in which things did not go my way provided me with fuel to be angry and unhappy. I blamed everyone for my shortcomings. I can remember being sad, my head hurting all the time, my stomach aching constantly. I was harboring a lot of negative thoughts and feelings, and my ailments were my body’s response to my thoughts. I was miserable.
