As I am waiting for my nails to dry at the local nail salon, I peruse the magazines to see the latest covers and headlines, the August (2011) issue of The Oprah Magazine, main story is, “Let Your Intuition be your Guide”, I am instantly pulled in and want to devour every word! My nails are wet so I must wait, but it is all I can think about as I run into my local bookstore to get my hands on a copy. I have been an intuitive all of my life, yet to see it on the cover of Oprah’s magazine that millions read religiously is like winning the lottery! Throughout my years studying, coaching, teaching and writing about intuition, it feels like the day has finally come where people are realizing we all have it, some are simply more attuned. Are you in the caregiver profession and dealing with caregiver stress? Do you feel torn or conflicted between the roles of caregiver and that of spouse, parent, child, or friend? Do you feel guilty, angry, or frustrated because you just can’t find any “me time”? Are you feeling alone in this situation and in need of replenishing the love and support you give?
With the increasing unemployment rate, Obama Care, and the fact that our parents are living longer, the reality of having to care for a parent is becoming all too apparent. Caregivers, in all facets of the word, are becoming more and more of a necessity. Read more....

I remember when Subaru launched their “Love” campaign several years ago. It highlighted the love that drivers feel for their cars, and a Washington Times article was quick to berate them for mentioning love as a reason for buying a car. According to the author of the article, love is an irrational emotion that has no place in the realm of purchasing decisions or anywhere in business. It’s a common belief that the emotion of love should be barred from business, yet this is highly ironic because love is the one ingredient that can help businesses generate the highest prosperity. I love Amazon’s wish list concept: I’m always placing books on my wish list that look good but that I’m just not ready to commit to buying yet. It’s usually because I’m not sure if the book is exactly what I’m looking for. If I took a few extra minutes to decide what I want in a book my wish list would be empty and my bookshelf would be full (well, fuller). Read more....

I spent many years (most of my adult life) without living my life passion. But over the last few years, I’ve found it and I’m living it.
I can say without a doubt that finding and living your life passion makes a huge difference in your quality of life. I’m sure if you survey other people who are living their life passions, you will hear the same thing. Read more....

You know the type – Their gifts to the world are unsolicited and unwanted. They annoy us so much that you can’t even hear or see what they have to offer. We never begin to discover how their product or service just might be what the business doctor ordered.
I understand. It can be quite tempting to send a mass email to everyone in your database or to those who connect with you through social media. All it takes is copy, paste and send. The problem is, many of these types of messages are ignored. There wasn’t an established relationship – not even a simple “hello” – and nobody wants just another solicitation. Read more....

The current headlines read about Trayvon Martin and Richard Zimmerman. The story, sad and tragic as it is, remains cloudy and the reports from the media; we all know you can’t believe that stuff. This brings me to my point; what’s on the minds of Americans today?
I recently had an interview with Barb Stuhlemmer, CEO and creator of BlitzBusinessSuccess.com. During our conversation, she provided me with some personal tips that enabled her to grow and develop an international coaching business and entrepreneur mindset, while touching hearts and creating lasting relationships along the way.
