The theme throughout this forgiveness series has been identifying and overcoming low self esteem, abuse and much more.

It is my desire to provide you with the benefit of breaking through those walls of hatred, doubt, resentment, distrust, and shame so you can live a life of freedom and security.

There are countless people who suffer from low self esteem and feelings of unworthiness. These emotions can be the result of abuse, bullying,or neglect.

Due to the sexual abuse I experienced as a child, I developed low self esteem and feelings of unworthiness. As I got older, I found myself running from female to female in search of love through sex. Like many Afro American males … Read More »

I myself experienced sexual abuse at a young age, and it was a defining moment in my life. Talking with my coach/mentor and implementing many different techniques (EFT, meditation, gratitude, visualization, forgiveness healing, and more) helped me to move on with my life.

However, despite my successes and accomplishments, for many years, I struggled with feeling unworthy.

For those of you who maybe experiencing something similar, I … Read More »
