Jason Johnson’s Inspirational Story

By Guest Blogger, Jason Johnson

My name is Jason Johnson. I am from Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. For most of my professional life I have been involved in the Graphic Design industry, and print media for the past 10 years. I began to come to the realization that I was not happy with where I was going. But realizing why I wasn’t happy was not enough for me, I had to dig down deep and find the “root cause” or the “why” I wasn’t happy. I realized that I had hit a ceiling or a plateau with my job. There was no room for growth or expansion, but this was not the only thing I was unhappy with. All the long hours and negative environment I had been working in for years, starts to wear on you and can drag you down. I also didn’t like the person I was starting to become, I wasn’t the positive happy and joyful thinking person as when I started. Then someone came into my life that I am very truly grateful for.

My girlfriends sisters husband, who is a very successful advisor in the banks, who had been coached and certified by Bob Proctor, was telling me about a venture he started that would not only be good for my health, but could be a real chance to grow a business with an opportunity to find my true potential and help other people. Then he showed me the movie The Secret. At this time, I had never heard of the movie The Secret, or of Bob Proctor. The world of personal development was foreign to me. I never read hardly at all, and never really tried very hard or attempted to work on my own personal development.

After watching The Secret, it really started to open my mind. It was like a lightning bolt went off in my mind and I knew that I wanted the chance to work with people that were in that movie. I didn’t know how I was going to accomplish this because I didn’t know any of the people that were in the movie. What happened next was not what I was expecting. The leader of my team is Bob Proctors wife, Linda Proctor. She is in the top 21 networkers in the world. Bob is now getting more involved in the business venture I started up. It hit things that were important to me, taking care of my health. (I have been a type 1 Diabetic since I was 6 years old and have always taken good care of myself.)

I also wanted something that would allow me freedom, be my own boss and something where I can help other people. After having all these positive thoughts running through my mind, I discovered that I was excited and scared at the same time of what I was getting myself into and starting a new path in life, and I know that this was something that I wanted to devote my entire life to, in helping other people in this world. This would be my worthy ideal, and I know it would be worth trading my time and life for because this new dream would be worthy of me.

I’m more positive, happier and even more calm and serene then previously. I am more grateful for everything in my life. I feel so much love, desire, passion, dedication to this new found purpose that I enjoy so much and can’t wait to wake up everyday and live my dream and render the best possible service that I can provide to help another human being be as successful as they are capable of becoming.

I am also currently working towards becoming a certified coach with Bob Proctor, and traveling all over the world to help others with their success through new mutually beneficial relationships and partnerships. I am also currently working on a book about my story and want to share it with the world, that everyday regular people are amazing and can do the most remarkable things when you have faith and hope in yourself by believing in your dreams and facing your fears.

I like to set big scary goals, because if your goal doesn’t excite and scare you at the same time, your goal is not worthy of you.

I have read the book and have seen the video—both are great and inspiring. I truly believe that where you put your focus and attention will manifest in your life. Many people are drawn to the drama in their life and that is all they think about and focus on—instead of focusing on what you want to bring into your life, like an ideal mate, abundance, etc.

Jason took the step towards the life he desired—this take courage and a belief in yourself and Jason is a role model. I truly loved reading his post.
