Daily Affirmations: Using Positive Statements to Improve Health

Using positive statements like daily affirmations can put all of your focus and attention on doing things that make you feel good. Is the incurable, curable? Do you possess the mental control and will power to bring about good health, wellness and healing?

I had to find a way to forgive. Every instance in my life in which things did not go my way provided me with fuel to be angry and unhappy. I blamed everyone for my shortcomings. I can remember being sad, my head hurting all the time, my stomach aching constantly. I was harboring a lot of negative thoughts and feelings, and my ailments were my body’s response to my thoughts. I was miserable.

Let go of any and all resentment and pain from the past you may be holding of everyone or everything. As illustrated above, holding on to negative feelings and thoughts only harms you. Be grateful for the wellbeing that is coming to you. Free yourself of any past disappointments you may be holding about yourself. See yourself as completely well in your mind, and visualize yourself doing things in a complete state of perfect health. Do not speak of your illness, or disease with others. Love and appreciate everything and everyone. Believe, have faith, know that you have the power within you to heal yourself.



You can use positive statements to heal yourself and bring about abundant health and wellness. I would like to share some daily affirmations that you may use in your life:

  • I am healthy.
  • I am my perfect body; I am my perfect weight.
  • I live a healthy and balanced life.
  • I always contribute in healthy ways to my body.
  • I am vitality.
  • I am in excellent health.
  • God has healed my body and in return, I will forever praise him.
  • I eat healthy, nutritious, digestible foods everyday.
  • All my organs and systems are functioning properly.

As you appreciate, as you love, as you are joyful, as you give thanks, you are emitting a frequency of wellbeing, and it is pouring through your body. Disease can not exist in the presence of goodness. There have even been reports of people using laughter to bring about healing. In Rhonda Byrne’s best selling book, The Secret, Kathy Goodman tells her inspiring story of how she used gratitude, faith, laughter, etc to dissolve her disease. You must do whatever it takes to remove your focus from disease.

There is no such thing as incurable. Replace your thoughts of disease, and put all your attention on doing things that make you laugh and feel good. Say positive statements about your health. Use daily affirmations to bring about the youth and vibrance you desire and deserve. Know and affirm that you are perfect as you are right now!
